Our Guaranteed Protection Plan kills mosquitoes and begins the critical process of establishing a protective barrier on your property. Our proprietary Mosquito Protection Blend™ is applied around all active areas such as decks, patios, pools, swing sets, etc. We actively monitor mosquito populations and weather patterns and return to your property approximately every two weeks. Our proprietary Rain Shield™ is added for improved protection during wet weather conditions which allows the barrier to remain in effect. The protective barrier (assuming no applications are skipped), gets stronger as the season progresses.

Our Flea & Tick program is based on the same tireless work and effective science behind our mosquito control protection plan. This intensive Flea & Tick program was developed specifically to eliminate them within your property. In a process similar to that described for Mosquito Shield, our flea and tick formula is applied to all turf, wood lines, and landscape beds around your property to effectively kill fleas & ticks within those areas.

Meet The Franchise

At Mosquito Shield of Lincoln, Nebraska, our goal is to provide the best mosquito control with the highest levels of customer service, allowing our customers to enjoy your homes and time with family to the fullest.

Owner Brian Byerly was born in Denver, Colorado while owner Sloane Byerly was born in Topeka, Kansas. We started our own hospitality business in 2012 and then sold it in 2016 and we know what it takes to run a small business locally. Brian’s family has studied, worked, and lived in the Lincoln area for over 50 years and we have deep ties to the community.

Our family loves exploring the Haymarket area because of the many shops, restaurants and the train station. Our son Hunter is obsessed with trains and loves the full size train to climb on. We also enjoy dining at Hiro 88 in Lincoln NE for their food quality and atmosphere. Plus, the people there are so friendly and the area has a great atmosphere of community.

Our territory is unique because of the diversity of properties, farms, and houses with outdoor areas. As a family we spend a great deal of time outdoors. This past spring we had horrible mosquito and tick problems on our property. Our children had multiple ticks on them every time we would go exploring. There is a great need for this service with our neighbors and friends and the community, and we are excited to provide this much-needed service.
