At Mosquito Shield of Northwest Dallas, Texas, our goal is to provide the best residential mosquito control service, as well as tick control, with the highest levels of customer service, allowing our customers to enjoy their backyards, homes and time with family to the fullest.
Owners Caroline and Andrew Galloway are native Midwesterners who moved to Dallas in 2017. After a few stops in Chicago, IL and Newport Beach, CA the Galloways landed in Dallas and have felt at home here ever since. Having attended SMU, Andrew knew Dallas would be the perfect place to raise a family. The Galloways are former foster parents and now have two adopted sons. Andrew works in corporate finance and is a former management consultant. He loves finding solutions to complex problems and designing efficient solutions for any kind of process. Caroline is an attorney who has focused her career in helping community groups come together, and helping people through crisis. Andrew and Caroline both are passionate about helping people find ways to enjoy their lives more.
They love riding bikes, playing golf, and hosting their neighborhood backyard concert series. Spending so much time outdoors made them realize they had to find a safe mosquito control solution that would make their Northwest Dallas home a place where their boys would want to bring their friends and neighbors would want to come over. After looking at the market, it became clear that a safe and effective mosquito solution was missing in the Northwest Dallas area and they began their path to joining the Mosquito Shield family.
Andrew, an award winning pitmaster, does not take barbecue lightly. Cattleack BBQ in Farmers Branch is his go-to spot for beef ribs. Slow Bone in downtown Dallas is his choice for their coffee-rubbed brisket, and you can’t beat Ferris Wheeler’s for their jalapeno cheddar sausage. Outside of BBQ, Caroline and Andrew enjoy local spots such as Neighborhood Services and Jose in Preston Hollow, Subz-n-Stuff and Nosh and Bottle in Las Colinas, and Babes Chicken Dinner House in Carrollton.
The family loves visiting all of the local shops in the Bishop Arts District, and downtown Carrollton. You can find them golfing at Stevens Park Golf Course and exploring Sam Houston Trail Park.

We use an insecticide so other insects present when and where we spray may be impacted.
However, our formula was specifically engineered for mosquitoes so it won’t repel any other insects as it does mosquitoes.
Every yard is different but you should notice a dramatic reduction within 24-48 hours of the initial spray.
With each subsequent treatment, the results continue to improve, allowing you to enjoy time outside without being chased in by swarms of mosquitoes.
