After a distinguished military career, Adam set out to continue serving his community in a different way—by helping families feel more comfortable and safe in their own homes. Since launching the company in the summer of 2022, he has worn just about every hat imaginable: marketing lead, operations manager, team trainer, compliance officer, and even equipment maintenance guru.
When he’s not keeping the business running smoothly, Adam also thrives in the real estate world as a Realtor with The Agency, serving clients throughout the OKC metro. His leadership style is built on integrity, empathy, and leading by example—and yes, he’s the guy who can rally a team and still wrap a gift with the precision of a department store pro (he’s oddly proud of that).
Outside of work, you’ll find Adam cheering on the OKC Thunder, enjoying time with his family, and yes—maybe even watching a chick flick or two. Whether he’s fine-tuning a marketing campaign or perfectly aligning wrapping paper corners, Adam believes in doing things with heart, hustle, and a touch of humor.

After serving 20 years in the military, Gina was driven by a desire to create a better future for her family and channel her energy into a business that makes a difference in people’s everyday lives.
Before her military career, Gina successfully ran an in-home daycare, and those early entrepreneurial experiences—combined with the discipline and knowledge gained during her time in the Air Force—shaped her thoughtful, service-oriented approach to leadership. As a firm believer in servant leadership, Gina is passionate about creating a positive work environment while ensuring that every customer can fully enjoy their home, both inside and out.
Guided by values of integrity and honesty, Gina defines success not only by the growth of the business, but by the satisfaction of her team and the smiles of her customers. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, reading, playing video games, and has a secret talent for assembling furniture. A proud military veteran who grew up in Japan, Gina lives by the motto: “Do or do not, there is no try.”
Is a seasoned Pest Control Technician with over 13 years of hands-on experience in the industry. For the past two years, he has been a valued member of the Mosquito Shield team, where he specializes in treating properties for mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, and other unwanted household pests. Michael’s daily responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing service routes, preparing and mixing products according to label directions, and ensuring each treatment is delivered with precision and care.
Before joining Mosquito Shield, Michael worked with several organizations as a pest control technician, gaining deep expertise in termite management, bed bug treatments, and general pest control. What drew him to this industry—and continues to motivate him daily—is the opportunity to help people solve their pest problems and restore comfort to their homes.
Michael is known for approaching every challenge with an open mind and a problem-solving attitude. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and riding off-road vehicles, including dirt bikes, quads, and side-by-sides. His passion for both his profession and his hobbies makes him a well-rounded and reliable member of the team.
