At Mosquito Shield of Sioux Falls, our goal is to provide a luxury service that offers the best level of mosquito control with the highest level of customer service, all while optimizing clients’ (and their families) time and enjoyment in their outdoor space!
Owners, Jason & Adrianne Meyer, are a husband-and-wife duo pursuing an opportunity to service their growing community. Jason and Adrianne have 3 children under the age of 3 and every day is an adventure! They both moved to Sioux Falls 10+ years ago and cannot believe how much the area has changed in just that small amount of time. Their territories rapid growth, both commercially & residentially, and endless opportunities available really adds a positive outlook and level of excitement to starting their business!
Jason & Adrianne love that Sioux Falls has big city features with small town vibes and some of the most friendly & helpful people around! They also like that the Sioux Falls area has so many great restaurants to choose from. The Meyers spend the majority of their weekends at home playing outside when the weather is nice, but when Jason and Adrianne get some kid free time, they enjoy going downtown and checking out new restaurants, shops, and breweries – there’s soo many to choose from! Also, when the weather cooperates, they enjoy going on family walks, venturing downtown to take in the scenery at The Falls, or heading out to the diamonds to watch league baseball/softball games or the city’s professional baseball team, the Canaries.
Jason has worked with a leading industrial uniform provider and has held various positions, including leadership positions, for over 12 plus years. Currently, he is working as a sales consultant for a regional equipment and supply company. Adrianne has been a nurse at one of the region’s leading healthcare systems for over for 13 years and has great communication skills and attention to detail. With their combined backgrounds, they’ll be able to tackle business demands, meet customer needs, and offer the best service possible to their customers.
When asked why they wanted to bring Mosquito Shield to the area, Jason & Adrianne both acknowledged their family’s love for being outdoors and strong hate for mosquitoes. They’re excited to bring an effective solution that helps families enjoy their time and space outdoors, and they can’t wait to see what different kind of adventure Mosquito Shield will take them on!!
