Meet The Franchise
At Mosquito Shield of South Miami, our goal is to provide the best mosquito control with the highest levels of customer service, allowing our customers to enjoy your homes and time with family to the fullest.
Mosquito Shield of South Miami is proudly owned and operated by a military veteran and current fire department captain who is passionate about serving the community. He has enjoyed and appreciated the region’s beautiful blue skies, warm weather, natural greenery and pristine coastline as a resident for over 35 years. Some of his favorite spots are Roasters N’ Toasters or La Carreta Cuban Cafestito for breakfast as well as Matheson Hammock Park. The walking trails under the extensive canopy of natural greenery that are home to many local species and the fresh air from the bay makes it a perfect harmonious setting to explore and spend time with the family.
In South Miami, we enjoy beautiful tropical weather for most of the year. However, along with the sunshine we have rain and plenty of mosquito residents that if untreated will diminish the joy of their outdoor space. The fantastic South Florida weather conditions allow one to enjoy their home outdoor space all year long; therefore Mosquito Shield is a perfect fit for the community to help enjoy outdoor spaces without being vulnerable to those itchy mosquito bites that can result in anything from skin allergies to the spread of diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, encephalitis, West Nile virus and Zika virus.
