At Mosquito Shield of North Milwaukee, Wisconsin, our goal is to provide the best residential mosquito control services with the highest levels of customer service, allowing our customers to enjoy their yards, homes and time with family to the fullest.

Nikki Visoky is an experienced entrepreneur and marketing professional with deep roots in the Greater Milwaukee area. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Nikki began her career in marketing agencies, helping clients achieve their strategic goals. She later became a business owner, operating a successful franchise, Bark Busters, providing in-home dog behavioral therapy.
Currently, Nikki manages the backend operations of ClearPay Financial Solutions, overseeing accounting, payroll, human resources, and office management. Her passion for growth and community engagement led her to co-own Mosquito Shield of North Milwaukee with her husband Jim. Nikki is driven to provide effective mosquito, tick and pest control solutions, enabling families to enjoy their outdoor spaces without fear.
When she’s not managing her businesses, Nikki loves baking and cake decorating, trying new things like glass blowing and candle making, spending time with her two sons, Ethan and Nolan, and enjoying Milwaukee’s vibrant culture and food scene.
Jim Visoky is a seasoned entrepreneur and sales leader with a proven track record in business development. A graduate of the University of Utah-Salt Lake City, Jim began his career as a Regional Sales Director, overseeing the launch of 22 new markets across the U.S. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish ClearPay Financial Solutions in 2010, where he helps businesses customize payment solutions tailored to their needs.
Jim’s expertise in hiring, training, and building effective teams is instrumental in his role as co-owner of Mosquito Shield of North Milwaukee. He brings a hands-on approach to growing businesses and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys home improvement projects and spending quality time with his family, exploring Milwaukee’s diverse cultural and culinary offerings.
Nikki and Jim Visoky, co-owners of Mosquito Shield of North Milwaukee, bring decades of experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development to their community. Married for over 15 years, they live in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, with their two sons, Ethan and Nolan, and their dogs, Dailey & Milo.
Jim’s expertise in sales and training, combined with Nikki’s marketing and operational skills, has made them a dynamic duo in their business ventures. Together, they are passionate about providing proven mosquito, tick and pest control solutions that help local families enjoy their outdoor spaces worry-free from mosquitoes, ticks and pest.
Beyond their professional endeavors, the Visokys are active members of their community. They enjoy Milwaukee’s rich cultural scene, trying new restaurants, and creating family memories on the shores of Lake Michigan.
