Event Shield is perfect for your special events:
We’re the only company in the industry that reacts to mosquito behavior. Without a set schedule, we can adapt to your yard's needs and the mosquitoes around it.
On average, we visit every 10-17 days to ensure a mosquito-free lifestyle.
Our special blend began 20 years ago and we continually evolve it to maximize effectiveness.
Science created our formula, and science continues to adapt it so it remains the most effective spray in the game.
All of our technicians are trained in environmentally smart practices. They target active mosquito areas and are taught the signs to recognize them.
This means less overall spraying, more dead mosquitoes, and a healthy ecosystem in your backyard.
If you’re not happy with our services, let us know. We’ll work hard to make it right, including offering a service call spray if needed.
If you’re unhappy with the results after your first visit, simply notify us within 7 days and we will issue you a full refund.

Owner Max García was born in Mexico City and is looking forward to moving to Miami, Florida. He is 24 years old and is moving to a new country to accomplish his dreams. He is eager to help every person that lives in his territory enjoy outside activities without the inconvenience that mosquitos may cause.
When Max was a kid, he used to visit his cousins at Key Biscayne, so he lived the experience of growing here. We loved to our bikes everywhere on the island, to the park, the community center, their friend´s houses, everywhere. Nowadays, Max’s girlfriend and many friends live in Key Biscayne and Coral Gables. He chose this territory because he loves everything the area has to offer such as the people, restaurants, architecture, parks, and ocean view. Max is also confident that his connections in the area can help him network and spread the word about the business to build his referral base.
Max studied Financial Management at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He then worked 8 months at Addem Capital, a Mezzanine Structure Debt Fund and is currently working at Imedia, a Digital Marketing Company. The experience he got from working at Addem Capital and iMedia will help him to understand the finance and accounting side of the business and how to incorporate marketing to attain new clients.
One of Max’s favorite local restaurants is Kazumi because he loves sushi, and their food is amazing! Another favorite local spot of his is Coconut Grove. He loves its architecture, restaurants, houses, parks, cinemas and all the activities that can be done outside.
When asked what attracted him to Mosquito Shield, “I was attracted by Mosquito Shield for the business model, I love the idea of owning a territory, because the growth of the territory depends on my hard work. I was also really attracted to the team. I enjoyed every conversation with Kelly, Michael, TJ, other franchisees and now Chelsea. Also, I think it is a great opportunity to help people enjoy their outside space more. My goal is to be the fastest growing territory in Mosquito Shield and to become the most trusted and recognized solution for mosquito control.”
When asked what attracted him to Mosquito Shield, “Mosquito Shield’s business concept, franchise support, and opportunity for growth are just a few reasons we committed to the franchise.”
We use an insecticide so other insects present when and where we spray may be impacted.
However, our formula was specifically engineered for mosquitoes so it won’t repel any other insects as it does mosquitoes.
Every yard is different but you should notice a dramatic reduction within 24-48 hours of the initial spray.
With each subsequent treatment, the results continue to improve, allowing you to enjoy time outside without being chased in by swarms of mosquitoes.
