We had another new person come to fog this past visit. When a new person has come, they seem to be unaware of where we have our yard fogged. We have a pond and outdoor barns where we work and have always had protected this being our 3rd season. Each time I have had to tell them where Justin normally sprays because they have missed those areas. They always have been attentive and end up fogging where we have always had done. Yes, Our yard is big, but we also pay a good chunk of money annually and have had it for 3 seasons, because we feel it’s worth it. If a replacement has to come out, I would recommend having them knock on the door to see how things are going, and most importantly, where to spray since they are unaware. Justin, seems to knock almost each visit and at least as how things are going, any concerns… The reason I continue to give 5 stars is because of your employees and their ability to listen and gladly fix my concern. This is a perfect example of how the right people in place can make make or break your business success. ————-original post———— Our normal Mosquito Shield rep was unable to make it to our house this application. His replacement, Gavin did a great job! He checked to make sure he knew where to cover and was just as thorough as Justin. I definitely recommend this service to everyone looking for a mosquito and tick free season!
