Hi, my name’s Nick Wawok and I’m the owner of Mosquito Shield of Northern Indiana. We’re a family-owned business set on leaving our mark in the Northern Indiana community.

I have been a full-time manual therapist for the past 9 years and have been working in therapy for over 13 years. Although I love my work, owning and operating Mosquito Shield will allow me to diversify my talents.
I can continue my current career while serving the community and providing for my family in a completely different and rewarding way.
I grew up working in residential landscaping, where my family had been in the industry for over 70 years. We had clients ranging from iron workers, to baseball players—even Oprah!
I moved around quite a bit in my younger years. I quickly learned the value of hard work from my parents. Later on, I took on different jobs outside of landscaping. My experience working in restaurants and hands-on therapy have equipped me for this new business undertaking.
While I was raised in Laporte, Indiana, I spent 13 years in Colorado before moving back with my wife in 2011. We have been putting down roots and enjoying all of the opportunities that the region provides since. We have a family of four and enjoy spending time with family and friends in our community.
