At Mosquito Shield of Northeast Atlanta, Georgia, our goal is to provide the best mosquito control service with the highest levels of customer service, allowing our customers to enjoy their backyards, homes and time with family to the fullest.

Owners Amina and Riah Greathouse are very excited to open their Mosquito Shield business in Northeast Atlanta — Riah was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Amina is originally from Chicago, IL, but has lived in Georgia for over 20 years. Riah and Amina are huge sports fans, and enjoy rooting for all of the Atlanta sports teams.

Riah has been a practicing attorney since 2010, and is the owner of the Law Firm 500’s fastest growing law firm in 2020. Amina has her degree in Finance along with an MBA. Riah and Amina have owned several service businesses, and seek to combine their knowledge, business experience, and customer satisfaction mentality into an outstanding mosquito and tick control service business in Northeast, Atlanta.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, they realized how much we enjoyed being outdoors as a family rather than being cooped up in the house. While they enjoyed sitting outside, they felt as if the mosquitoes enjoyed us being outside even more. Their previous mosquito treatment company would spray monthly and not always get rid of the mosquitos — it seemed that the mosquito control treatments would be ineffective after a couple of days.
