Meet The Mosquito Shield of North St. Louis, Missouri Franchise

At Mosquito Shield of North St. Louis our goal is to provide the best mosquito control with the highest levels of customer service, allowing our customers to enjoy your homes and time with family to the fullest.

Owners Todd Taylor and Mary Blair have worked over 50 years both domestically and internationally with several manufacturing companies. Their core areas of focus have been corporate finance and supply chain management. Although they don’t currently live in the St Louis area, Todd spent some time in the 1990s working in St Louis and they plan to spend a significant amount of time in the area as they grow the business.

Todd and Mary’s corporate experience was always focused on creating value for the customers to generate additional sales to the organization. They plan to bring the same mentality to this business and understand that customer satisfaction will be the success and continued growth.

Both Todd and Mary have tried a number a restaurants as they have worked to startup the business including a couple very good BBQ restaurants including Sugarfire. They are looking forward to trying many more including the well-known Italian food located on The Hill. Their favorite local place is Busch Stadium. Todd is a huge Cardinals fan and has been going to games since he was very young!

When asked what attracted him to Mosquito Shield, “Mosquito control has historically been a market that has been served in Midwest. Other pest control companies seemed to focus on termites and other pests and only recently started to target mosquito control. Mosquito Shield presented an opportunity to work with an established business with significant amount of experience in mosquito control. In addition, they think the tick control business could also present growth opportunities.”
